You must submit this signed participation declaration once per season. You can download it here, print it, and bring it with you signed.

Bringing the completed form with you will help speed up the check-in process significantly. Of course, blank copies of the form will also be available on site, but filling it out there may result in longer waiting times.

Parental Authorization

If your child is between 14 and 17 years old and is participating in the tournament, a parent or legal guardian must be present, or another adult must carry a signed parental authorization form.

You can download the form here, complete it, and bring it with you signed.

Important: Participants who are 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking part in the tournament. If this accompanying adult is not the participant's parent or legal guardian, a signed parental authorization form is required.
