🇬🇧 Buying, Receiving, and Transferring Tickets

When purchasing a tournament ticket or a spectator ticket, the buyer will receive a payment confirmation from the payment service provider (PayPal). The payment charged to the verified payment account of the NDL is sufficient proof of purchase. Every player and/or spectator is thereby registered and listed by name at the entrance as a participant.

In addition, a ticket will be issued through the ticket shop, which is valid for a single use. This ticket can be downloaded from the ticket shop at any time. Tickets will not be sent by post.

At the venue entrance, a valid ID and, if necessary, proof of payment (including a digital copy on a mobile phone) are sufficient for admission.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Tickets can also be purchased via bank transfer. Using the 3K Darts software, a player can register for a tournament and must then complete the bank transfer manually. All required payment details will be sent by email.

Payment can be made either via PayPal or bank transfer.

After registering through the 3K software, payment must be received within three days at the latest. If payment is not received within this period, the registration will be cancelled automatically without further notice.

Transferring a Tournament Ticket

Tournament tickets may be transferred to another player.

The buyer may transfer their player ticket to another eligible player, even on the day of the tournament itself. The player name associated with the ticket may be changed once.

The new player must meet all eligibility requirements of the Newcomer Darts League (for example: minimum age of 14 years when accompanied by a participating adult, not a PDC Q School participant, and not a PDC Tour Card holder).

There are two ways to change the player name:

  1. Send an email with the new player's name to [email protected].
  2. Provide the new player's name in person at the venue (the buyer is considered the ticket holder).

Buyers who purchase multiple tickets should provide the player names during the purchase process. If no names are provided, the buyer's name will appear multiple times in the participant list.

The actual player names can still be provided and changed on-site before the tournament begins by contacting the NDL Operator (Tournament Director). This ensures that each ticket is assigned to its own individual player.
